Deposits & Payments

• All payments must be submitted through PayPal, CashApp, or via the Creativedge Designs website.

• FULL payments are required to initiate the project; however, upon request, 50% down-payments may be considered.

• All payments, including deposits, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be issued if Creativedge Designs cancels a project due to extenuating personal circumstances.

• Remaining balances must be settled before final files can be delivered. Projects will not be released until full payment is received.

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All projects are non-refundable.

• Clients must contact Creativedge Designs promptly to request project cancellations. It's important to note that no refunds will be provided for terminated projects. If a client wishes to re-book, full payment must be resubmitted.

• CreativEdge Designs reserves the right to terminate projects and issue refunds in cases where clients prove difficult to work with.

• Projects will be canceled and refunded due to lack of communication if clients fail to respond within 7 days of receiving project-related documents.

Turnaround Times

• Project turnaround time begins based on the date provided via email, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Turnaround times may be extended if clients fail to provide all necessary information promptly.

• Rush fees of $20 may be applied to services, except for Website Design services.

Communication

• Timely communication is essential from both clients and designers.

• Clients failing to communicate or submit required information within 14 days of receiving forms will incur a $50 inconvenience fee to continue the project.

• Lack of communication for 30 days will result in project termination, and clients will no longer be allowed to book services.

• All necessary information must be submitted within 1 week of booking, or a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client's balance.

Files & Revisions

• Clients will receive file formats including .jpg, .png, and .pdf depending on their requested services.

• .AI & .PSD files will not be provided unless requested beforehand.

• All drafts will be watermarked until final design approval.

• Creativedge Designs reserves the right to post any content unless the client requests a Copyright Transfer Agreement.

• Clients are entitled to 3 free minor revisions; additional revisions will incur a $10 fee per revision.

• Redesigns, which involve major changes, will be charged an additional fee of $40 per design.

• Once a design is approved and final files are sent, no additional revisions can be made without incurring a redesign fee.

Termination of Services:

• Creativedge Designs reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or other material violation by the client. In such cases, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

Updates to Policies

• Creativedge Designs reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the CreativEdge Designs website.
